We all know this dilemma. You're making dinner, you have your entree, you have your starch, and you know you should make a salad or steam a veggie but you don't really like broccoli anyway and it's such a pain chopping up all those veggies for a salad. The same dilemma seems to appear when hunger strikes at 2 o'clock each afternoon and we know we should have some baby carrots and hummus or slices of bell pepper with dip, however that piece of cake in the office or those few cookies left in your lunch box are much more appealing! No one needs to be told that veggies are good for you or that you should probably eat more of them, however why is it then that we are still so lacking in our veggie consumption? Therein lies The VEGGIE Dilemma.
